As part of their Classical Futures Europe-supported projects at the Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg in January singer Louise Alder and trombonist Peter Moore produced some short films with the Elbphilharmonie’s teams for use on social media and to reach new audiences.
Louise Alder focussed on her role as a professional opera singer, shining a light on her every day routine at the Oper Frankfurt, her career path and steps to becoming a professional musician. Both films also highlight more details on the then upcoming performance in Hamburg, Louise’s arrival at the Laeiszhalle, insights into the Mozart programme curated by Robin Ticciati and footage of her singing on stage during the concert.
Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg’s film with Peter Moore features footage of the trombonist’s project with the team of the „Zukunftsmusik“ (music of tomorrow) programme, leading a workshop with local trombone students on practicing and sight reading some big band repertoire.
